No life; who would use that? Just because it's rare mods doesn't make it good. You can get similar stats with life. It's a solid temp I mean though

5/6 useful mods all of them high... life would make it a 10/10 m8... For the build its on life rep is far more important than base life... Or is this thread just for 100% perf items now?

Godly for burst of speed racer assassin. Not only does it have 2 shadow for +2 burst it also has life rep to heal you from the fallens and quillrats.
