18vkickers arnt really a thing anymore. there is 1 left and it runs such high ele dmg its classed as open instead of melee. 18 bow zons there is q that runs high psn dmg but most q8s have the use of deaths gloves and thst makes psn null basically. yea if tour going sword barb you can hit 110 pretty easy but I've yet to see a barb run rare belt over SoE but by all means do your own testing maybe you'll like it more
