It’s pretty good. Has the right mods - fhr, life, and rep. Rep can roll up to +5

Unfortunately it’s in an undesirable base with a high STR req. there are very few builds that can take advantage of this.

I would just charsi instead of wasting space trying to find a buyer.

ideally for a lvl 9 ring you want 70-80ar/2str/2dex/5rep and adds like mana are nice. can drop a Stat for dr1 aswell or half freeze duration
