no it would need to be 9dex. 2nd jewel dosent have any value either unless that light res mod was maybe str then a kicker would of loved it. 3rd jewel needed 2nd dmg mod to be used for anything other then a temp. the last one is also a no.

its a close one. most people want perfect 65/121 but anyone getting into the 15-18 bracket on a budget would use this shield or a crown shield so it'll have a little value but not much. maybe 20-50fg

decent stat/cold res jewel probably would be used in a orb or wand or vmagi but not overly up too date on LoD prices I would think it's not worth a bunch but deffinetly useable
