boots can have 10fhr and 30frw. what do you mean by best large charms? what lvl are you referring too and melee or caster or res?

most lvl 30 rings want a combination of any of these mods 9str/5dex/90mana/5repl life/10 fcr/120 ar/resists/20life

yours just doesnt have enough going for it
