you can get 24 fhr 20 life with no other mods, i believe, since 24 fhr is the higher level req of the two. or, 24 fhr with up to 30 single res, as its the same level as 24 fhr. lastly, a 10 fcr 20 life 5 rep is also a potential roll that might have use in some cases (double spirit hdin? idfk)

yes thats correct but I'm rolling 71/1 so i think its the life mod in the first which is causing over lvl 30. if i was 29/29 i would get way more life rolls ( i typically dont get life rolls with this method ).

i didnt know +life was one that had two different level requirements on belts. interesting.

i simply dont know.
