I bealive u can have 200 fg but hard to sell it

for a lvl 30 es fb, whats the average mb % people get to without putting stats into dex? should i be putting points into dex to achieve mb if my gear puts me at ~50?

ES FB is banned is LLD for D2R. most sorcs will run whistans for max block with a -15req/9dex jewel in it. orb aswell is good place for 9dex jewels to help with max block
