What we figure on these fellas?

Guessing the lack of staff mods hurts this one too much eh?

Seems to have a lot of nice mods for a caster

Light res stack is always nice coupled with max Dex and some ar help?

can scrap both of them but the lvl 18 jewel for a caster is pretty nice for lvl 18. I'd be interested in it
