nice jewel for a few builds. big rip on the 3/9 max dmg roll but still pretty decent AR. I would guess 750-1k

not a bad temp but most look for 2os and would like 10fhr base or CTC frost nova but still a useable temp

does the 10more fcr from ammy slot offset the loss of +1 class or +2 tree skills? I guess does it open any good new breakpoints for any classes?

no at lvl 30 you really need the dmg boost. in MLD you can get 1 skill and craft a 20fcr tho and allows you to hit some BPs much easier gear wise
