im still not sure how exactly ww ias works in d2r because i havent looked it up but atm i'd make honor zwei and blood letter barba

also ya mdr bug on the fire side sucks, but maybe still a temp.

naga has wsm=0. you need to have 34wias on each weapon to reach capped fpa.

heres a quick breakdown of how it works. this is from a guide i wrote for a d2 mod, but ww frames was taken directly from classic d2, so all is exactly the same:

zwei has -10 speed, bletter has 20 ias, shael'd has 40.

so you'd be getting 4 and 6 fpa hitchecks, right?

it was a fave build of mine on ladders for years, performs well despite how dirt cheap it is and saves that ww pt.

zwei would need 24wias to reach 4fpa, and bletter an extra 20, yes.
however if you have honor zwei, youd have 6fpa no matter what

however another huge important factor for ww is weapon range. gladius has rangeadder=0 (1range total), whereas naga is at 2 (3range total).

theres a huge difference between those in dmg output.

in terms of attack speed

its my understanding that the comment "Attack speed on armors, charms / skills / buffs / will not help you in any way", is no longer valid. (when relating to dudu shapers).
while i have not read the same re: WW, there may be no harm in getting that checked soon.

theres a classic LoD wiki on ww. it clearly states only wias is taken into consideration. ias from, say, gloves or goldwrap will not help.

All I am saying is that I dont know. I am not going to assume that the skill WW has in no way changed (breakpoints/ias/hitchecks or w/e) from D2 to D2r.
