I hope so.... i'll probably test a few things over the next month. Woukd be a great tour around October just before D2R etc.

runewords could work, however I'd expect paladin and sorcs to be massively overpowered
Spirit x 2 for pala which kind of kills other builds/char classes.

as far as i know the devs had said to mrllama that stuff like grushing will still be in the game, that they will be doing their best to keep everything that is a glitch or bug that helps the player and only getting rid of the glitches and bugs that hurt the player.

but yeah even if grushing is out its still 8 skills not 4. also there are 2 quality of life changes we already know about that will make lld better, 1 being that there is a reload button at gheed and the other gamble npcs to reset the gamble items you can buy, and the 2nd being that once youve completed norm or nightmare you can hit a page over button and still see those level games where as in original d2 once youve completed nightmare all you can see from then on is hell games.

Can't see "twist" when you can use runewords. First idea was good, it's all about fun not about making op sorc or libby.
