Sounds like you just want to load up on charge damage to 1-2 shot some one.
Charge pk is already boring and lame because defeating your opponent in one or two hits may seem amazing but in actuality its less engaging and utterly lame. Less charge damage just means you actually have to work and apply your self to win.
