+1 for 2vs2!

feel free to discuss the minor changes i made (but i am firm on my position! )
i.e.
1. removed allowing ctc amp and kb on ama [ seb, your god put that in i see ]
2. Allows light sorc 75% block instead of 65% [ lol light sorc ]
3. No namelock bonewall [ seb and lee will sleep at night ]
4. Allowed vita sorc's to use insight [ whatever ]

everything else remains the same.

kb on ama, ok i see why banning it vs frw barb and frw shaper, idk about banning it vs rest (hihi charger)
ctc amp ban, why?, just tele away when amped

65% block on sorcs hard to enforce - not a complaint just a fact

4 in low lvl duel

we had problems with barbs in the past taking their sweet time to BO
i am a bowa player and am happy to just die vs a charger. life is not fair and neither is blizzard
ctc banned vs all. druids cant tele away neither can barbs. i dont mind allowing it in teams if there is consenses, this is exclusively 1v1
noted, the well known users will behave, those that dont, its not my fault if they are just badXD
