its a grammar thing ( sorry to fast for you )... you put things in quotes as to referring back to a previous post to flag it as being mentioned before and to bring importance to it. See Page 3 Post 58 as to the referenced being mentioned.

quotation marks aren't for callbacks, you just do callbacks. quotation marks are to denote sarcasm or imply a disagreement.

like Rgp is a "good dueler" who owns "#1 chars" and "isn't afraid of wagers, no matter how small or large".

LOL!! Ive owned and built more than 5x 18 zons in my time all with much better stats than this pile of shit.
But never have i seen a zon with such shitty min dmg. My last one was way above 100.
