regarding rules:
on euro barb may only use tele vs sorc in 1v1 (infernos are not allowed in combination with tele)
knockback makes it virtually impossible for barb, fury and asn to beat amazons - which is why it's banned vs those on euro
it's perfectly possible to kill barbs without ever even using a shield, let alone KB
same goes for clay golem on necro

i don't care about frw limits - those are mostly in place because of tradition (as it was use in leagues) and to limit costs of frw based chars (since 5frw scs became so expensive)

i agree that prayer should not be skilled (can we just ban libby? xD)

block on top sorc builds is limited on euro. but that went hand in hand with allowing ctcamp/KB on zons (with above limits), so there are no tour results for that.
from my experience, killing zons is super easy with fb sorc, so that should be fine but an easier alternative to both follow and enforce is to ban chilling armor instead of limiting block. (since you asked how to nerf sorcs without banning them xD)

/i don't know rpg at all, so i don't know if he deserves all the hate he gets. but seeing as he spent this much on his ama, i'd guess he'd rather behave and participate, if given the chance? Perhaps it's because i am new to east, but i did manage to duel him without any drama
