(except andy and frank cuz they can never beat me)
Emm we have a rule about no lying on EU too btw. You just happen to be the only char I can beat these days.
Well as it stands I've always assumed the rules in Johann's topic were the current 18 rules on EU and as such my zealot is built to suit them. In the last tour there were a couple of zealots yet it was 3 bowas and a thrower in the semi finals. There is only so much one can even out things without going into a big list of class specific rules. Like Sa_Se and Textbook said, avoiding 1 hit potential and catching overly defensive play are the main ones.
Ima buy a few tokens tonight and go for some zealot builds within each rule using typical cookie cutter gear (60max helm, 80max shield, 20max clegs, 20max twitch). One 1pt might/conc/charge and charge with aura vs 1pt charge, max might and chage with no aura. Will post the stats. Whatever the outcome, smiters and libbys should be untouched. Some argue that they are little more than (sometimes not so) weak chargers but regardless they don't have the potentially large close and ranged damage of a zeal/charge.
I don't expect much of a difference between the two main zeal builds mentioned in 1v1 to be honest. The main time a max might build would outperform is if it was paired with a bowa in tvt where one could argue it would be op.
On a personal note I have always found zeal/sac heavy builds more difficult than might heavy ones.
