He pm'd me about it before you binned it - and also never told me he had any other interest in it.
He told me his price, I bin'd it immediately.
You then told him you would bin it for X price. He then remembered you had interest in it, and told me of it.
I told him he's not obliged to sell to either of us, it's his choice. However, I let him know I would outbid you.



I binned it two days prior to buying it btw, so I guess what you're telling me is, I rightfully deserve it.
