General Formula

this is not what we are talking about!!!!

we are talking about two sources of crit strike (barb mastery and amazon crit stirke skill), not one source of crit and one source of deadly strike.

not really conflicting, bnet says they do not stack directly, aka 21%barbcs+42%amacs=/= 63%cs. but it doesnt say anything about how they work together. arreat summit does not say that u can only have one source of cs. im pretty sure in a previous post the formula that david posted was tested.

yeah, blame it all on andy

and the hitcheck thing: the wep speed calcs will always average your hitchecks out if you are using 2x diff weapon speeds. each weapon is still treated independently in-game though, you dont get the averaged # of hitchecks (one reason why i dislike the speed calcs for ww) and with different weapon speeds you do overlap occasionally im pretty sure...i THINK it was like frame 12 and frame 20, but its been so freaking long....idk...
