you cant switch to a 6os mil pick with eths,, u will drop to a horrible 2hit zeal.. in that case u would need to find another +3zeal +3conc 5os ws and use 5 eths to function as well vs a def build...
expensive and "wastefull" i understand, but it could be the best way to tackle a 3k def lvl 18 build

at this point since charge sees a 370% skill ed% this mightt still not be enough to justify clegs.. a 3charge, 3conc ws should still be superior at that point (though ar should be to much of an issue to be effective)
especially since zeal drops to 210% vs the 7zeal, 18sac, 4conc being at 321%ed; no way 210% skill ed with clegs will be better in this setup

i think to go hybrid the dmg is spread out enough anyway that both setups seem to me to suffer if using clegs anyway.

optimal probably just a +3charge/3conc switch, 5os which makes for 300%skill ed.. thats fair enough imo

But mei, during a def opponent the clegs/might user would need BA as well... that removes the mights 210% ed.. at which point the final dmg has suffered so much the 50%ds is performing on less dmg

A zealer who focus on zeal pumps up sacrifice for it's 12% synergy for zeal, instead of pumping up might.

A typical cleg/twitch zealer has this skill layout: 18 sac, 7zeal, 1 smite, 1 charge, 1 might, 1 blessed aim.

Switching from lvl1 might to ba, you lose 40%ED; switching from lvl3 conc to ba, you lose 90%ED. Thus you lose whatever marginal damage gain by using a 3zeal/3conc ws over cleg, if not more.

That makes it the best choice on WEST, doesn't make it the best choice for 18 zeal build.

but it still is the best choice for zeal vs zeal.

That's probably true among the offensive builds.

i have the only defiance zealot i've ever seen... and it didnt work out that well...

Jerkazoid: it's using 09 azure so the only elemental damage is the 5-10 magical damage and 3-6 cold damage on the weapon. And it's doing 12/6/6/6/6 zeal.
