- have duels with amp + bo been tested? If so, cool.
- capping ls dmg wouldn't make any sense with these rules, a sin is the least of your worries when barbs/bowies have amp.
- have you thought about how useless druids will be? Barbs and bowies already leeched a ton from their base dmg, imagine with amp. Wouldn't 1 hit on bear heal them to full? XD (the more dmg you have, the more you leech)?

But taking out of mastery just means more inc speed, which is actually better after a point. Even on legacy, I take points out of mastery on purpose to add more to inc speed. Limiting mastery doesn't weaken barbs at all tbh (unless it's limited much further than 15)
