I think 24 could be more fun than 18s too but the charms available at 24 can mean some builds are a bit busted like you said. Still, its not as if every lld bracket doesnt have that problem to an extent.

100%. catch22, 15-12s make casters more viable, 3/xx/15s make bowa/charger broken.... but also make things like frenzy thrower viable. 5frw/6max/xxar LCs are a great tool as well.

my whole epiphany came when i realized 1tab skills = rlvl 24 on "char class" items. instantly i was sold. and still iso the shield.....grrrr

i have a frenzy thrower, eth rep war axe and up'd gnasher, swap franscica with shield, and has helm with conc charges so i saved points there too. he's super fun and has extra frannys for a double throw setup

yes sadly they have 82%GF and tri res, so some classic people love them for GF barbs or even classic duelers.

one of the few dupes that didnt get overduped and has broad uses. didnt have dex or 20 fhr but solid boots.....

someone had a raven wing +1 nec rlvl 22 ammy but literally wouldnt pm me back for months then all i got was a "fuck off converter" return lol. like OK, keep it as a stash item on ur classic lvl 30 boner then guy....

atm 4 of my 24s have pp ammys, 2 shadow collars, 1 blood clasp, and one possible legit not on the dupe list +1 pal ammy. has over 40% light res and a fuckload of MF but otherwise is nothing special.
