Yeah, even with a -15req jewel it's 75 str req. Hard to justify when your next highest str req is your glitched boots.

Yeah. I guess if you had some really nice battle boots you didn't have a way to incorporate on any other build you'll still end up with a huge health pool even at 95 str statted on a wc barb, but it doesn't feel nice.

My wc helm I think has the same skills but maybe nat res over inc speed.
