I have considered making a char for fun with all double frost nova where possible and single frost nova where not, then just huge life/block/dr and help out team mates by getting all up in enemy grill during offensive pushes. Would be worst char ever but it would be hilarious at the same time. With luck you could be doing multiple frost novas per second haha

E/ would be kind of like a normal sorc with 1 to frost nova statted but funnier

then you can tele on people for maximum frost nova chances

Haha yeah I was thinking of that but thought the nova gear would be pointless when you can already cast it at 105 fcr haha but I suppose the more fnovas the funnier

true, i was thinking sorc because they have absurd survivability with es/warmth/teleport. also, frost nova attack would allow for maximum frost novas and then ez tele to close gaps for more consistent frost noving.
