I'm including str bug boots on both zon and barb along with maxed increase speed on barb

If you build a frw based barb without str bugging or maxed increased speed likely your jsp name is Gamingon


Still, 100 frw zon vs 100 frw barb (30 str bug boots, 35 inc speed plus sc's to hit limit) and barb loses.

i could be wrong but i though that barbs are allowed to have 100 frw cap from gear, then get +skill over top of that. Which would be like 135 frw possible max. Could be way off base here tho.

Correct. 100 + whatever you get from BoS or Inc Speed
