yeah, it does go off, just as much as anyone else using the javelins. you dont need a telestick on a barb to make it viable, never have.

How do you plan on capitalizing swiftly w/ amp? W/ zon, they can shoot arrows... A barb would have to attempt to close the distance fast, and that's what tele sticks allow.... Sooooooo, I'm not sure where you're going w/ this.

i really dont want to hold your hand through all of this. you dont have to immediately hop on someone when amp procs. you can keep throwing if you want... hell, if its in your mainhand and procs from that, then the offhand throw can take advantage of the amp proc. there are very few situations where a bowa that procs amp actually achieves many (if any) hits with it proc'd, because as soon as it happens, the opponent immediately goes fully defensive. as a hdin player you should be able to immediately see the benefit of a barb using a pair of high damaging javs instead of a tele stick.

im sure it looks good on paper but amp isn't something id want on my throwers javs

amp proc and they just turtle, which is awful when you have a set # of throwables at your disposal. its even worse when you're working with eth rep javs, ull be set to duel again in 10 mins lol
