Might have some niche use for someone as an offhand claw on a kicker vs caster setup, when you're trying to stack dragonflight damage. Don't really care about the mindblast being higher than 1, would really like to see weapon block on it. I was using something similar on a temporary basis, but I highly doubt you'll find a buyer. Not everyone is a weirdo like me.

Well I sold it a while back for 700 so wanted to see if that was good ir not lol
