i-hate-you-so-much-for-the-20ed-Storm-Eye-jewel 11/10 (this into circ surely). Would you not want to save that jewel until you find something similar and then put x2 into imba circ? the other jewels either into a armor or a bow?
bitter eye is amazing.
Dread Master is another item I would want on eu. i have ultra crummy rings in comparison.

my zon has so much dex the xx-xx add more damage easily

but yeah, iso one more 20/6/9/30% res and at elast one more xx-xx + mod jewel
