I can't keep changing the rules mid tournament. I'm going to have to think about it, i'll post this evening. the barbarian class now has crazy cold resistance vs orbers and blizz and will generally only need to hit the cold sorc with 1 good WW to end the duel.

soren he means "without teleport a barb has no chance vs a sorc unless the sorc does not have maxblock".

light need blocks imo, they have crap range.

i would have agreed with you only harabec [ the light player ] disagrees.

harabec, stop poking at julian and try to fix the barb vs sorc problem before it escalates :X

well i would leave the choice of using es+lidless or nones+maxblock
but it should apply to ALL sorcs, as long as barb cannot teleport

check the results, jeskiller won his duels vs barb and so did i - with these rules (both light)
and i doubt any sorc will lose to a barb unless they're drunk or suck at their char

anyway for future tournaments i rather discuss barb's res when being able to teleport vs ES+maxblock sorcs (for which i suggest res vs fb+light to stay the same and 175/225 vs cold, while natural res is excluded from that numbers)

and what about cold? i need something in place for esblizz for this tournament - mev is probably doing his nut somewhere with all this rulespeak.

i think it was a mistake to take maxblock off esblizz vs a barb with this much cold res.
