I will also provide some spot prizes with the remaining prizepool. something like: for unique builds, for being helpful etc. The purpose of this league is to promote fair play, to promote the dueling bracket and create activity and to give everyone a reasonable chance not to misbehave in the pursuit of fg.

a quick comment on time outs - i am very relaxed to time out people. people that have been timed out should not get worked over stuff like this. remember you can just rechallenge and move upwards. we are still a long way off. I will only be starting to consider an end point after 10 people in the A Tier have occupied spots 1-10.
