Only rule is about items or general lld rules apply? For sure some skills need to be banned, but what I mean is max frw, res stack etc. I think there should be only general rule about unique/set items and few banned skills.

Quick question - are you thinking about running this post ladder reset?

If you wanted to make it as accessible, and as level a playing field, as possible, you could ban jewels and allow only runes (not runewords) and gems.

think about inventory... a perfect melee hero inventory might cost 6k + which compared to jewels and items is one of the biggest costs

if this is in prep for D2R you have to factor in some things.

There is no grushes so you will only have 4 extra skills, 5 stats , 10 res from anya and 20 life

Is it actually confirmed that grushing is fixed, also iirc the game will allow classic char so you could rush in classic.

If both of those are impossible, a LLD char can still get to NM so it'd be +8 skills / 10 stats / 40 life / 20 res.
