I have made some changes since the original post (apologies).
1. Passive charge allowed, no dr on libby vs barb & druids
2. Smiter gets a buff on resistances
3. Removed feral rage as an option
4. Shield on Ghost vs Nec & cannot use trap skillers.
Alot of this was via pm to several players, hence the delays with starting tournament properly, I know i am pissing some ppl off with this, im sorry but this is it, i have spent too long on these discussions.
