/edit and patiance is a skill.

The overall idea here is to move away from class dominance in the tournaments. more builds need to be viable at the highest level. (i.e. semi finals and finals of tournaments).

some comments:
(1) -> agree
(2) -> agree, nec needs more cold resistance, but i would rather allow 2 ravens and an adapted coldres (i can do the calculations if required) ... also i would allow 2 raven + xxx cr on other classes additionally to the 1 raven yyy cr rule (i know you already discussed this with harabec, i would really give it a try)
(3) -> agree, 90frw as harabec suggested looks fine to me.
(4) -> im agreeing with 0dr and 0hs... but of c testing is required.
(5) -> agree. additionally to the no bo sticks rule, i would suggest to ban warcry skillers in 2v2 -> this would weaken barb teams and allow more char combinations probably. also this avoids bo golem barbs, that don't do anything except bo.
(6) -> i don't think the reduced frw limits will make druids competetive :/
(7) -> no idea on this... v/ts are rare?

90 frw on a bowa vs 150 frw java or 150 frw dudu. if you dont understand how a druid can benefit from this (too much) then i'll give you some duels later. i have awful ping, but i think you will get the idea. note that my proposal was 110 and then 100frw, not 90 (harabec's).

why don't just face that barbs have antichars? (except sorc, thats an antichar vs almost every build)
no dr makes the duel quite fair in my opinion
banning hs will result in defwhoring...

what's next then?
making ww barb vs charger fair:
ban any dr, maxblock and bo on barb vs charger
so that a charger has a chance to win??
or simply ban ww vs charger

harabec, when you look at this topic note the above re: point 4. since you won vs the libby, (and that tournament) with barb, feel free to justify your reasoning. Until people agree I would propose we shelve this idea until all libbies are given the opportunity to test this. probably the same as below...

im making a tele dudu at the moment and will share it out to a HLD dudu player. i dont know if we will be ready to roll out this build for the 18th tournament, probably not. i dont think it would be fair on anyone to suddenly produce a build which people are not familiar with. ( but it will most likely feature at some point in the future).
