Some hacks users and scammers will join these tours; they will follow tour's rules or will be banned; so why mich can't join???
Yes, mich bm nk and flame 90% of users in pub games (and on all jsp topics), but, if he follows tour's rules and will be gmin tour duels ( not in pubs, tours and pubs game are different) imo he can join. Ofc if he will be bm in tour he will be kicked out as every other user.

also, Vale, michel does not want to compete in my tournaments and he simply wont play GM vs certain users. you should realise this. As you, and several people have already said, he nk's and bm'd everyone. he does not follow the good mannered ethos which we want in the tournaments. yes he is my friend, but i have given him alot of chances and my relationship with him sours whenever he joins as invariably i have to ban him. he has not show any indication of changing his ways in years.

i am aware that people are concerned about certain new users joining the tournament, but they need to be given a chance. users like michel, and baboun, have had their (numerous) chances, and repeatedly shown that these tournaments are not suitable to them.
