Baboun, I have pmd you. i have repeated myself several times via pm and here. You are not using the a/c Dwerfs for this tournament, thats final, sorry. The issue is that I do not want there to be any confusion either now or in the future as to who is using that ID. I pmed you this privately and now I am posting it here as you continue to push me on this issue :X you have a half dozen multi's, use another one. 1000's of people know Dwerfs and its too unmanageble to be using his old ID sorry. if you do not use another a/c to register you simply won't be in the tournament sorry.

1. There is a new rule for scammers not being allowed to join. It was an oversight before but its there now.
2. The account to which you are referring is babouns, not yours, and he is (hoping to) use it for the tournament.
3. We mutually agreed a long time ago that you would not partake in these tournaments as you found it too difficult to be GM to people.
4. I am assuming your comments are in relation to someone who has not scammed but you simply don't like. if accusing someone, get your facts right.
5. I previously asked you not to spam this topic, you are fully aware that scammers are not in this tournament so your input is incorrect and serves no function other then to promote discord in the community.

once again, please expend all your energy, more constructively, elsewhere. GM not BM please. If you take issue with any of this please post it in another topic and when i find the time I will respond.

Also, im being repeatedly told by "the experts" that 75 psn length reduction is the max possible, so regardless of the testing I did, I MIGHT restrict it to a general cap @ 75 psn length reduction on all classes/builds, however I want tw3ety to test this as much as possible over the next 48 hours before I change anything.

A further reminder to everyone that when the tournament starts, please ensure you pm your opponents and if you cannot catch a user, please clearly post in the topic sothat in the event that he duel is not completed that a TKO can/may be awarded.
A further reminder that the KO phase will be something like this: 1 vs 16 2 vs 15 3 vs 14 4 vs 13 etc.
