there are a TON of assumptions getting thrown around here and i'd be pretty slammed if i found out that euro's llds actually have less dupes than easts. Its only once in a blue noob where you'll find a dupe ridden character. Most are shamed away.

this is how i see it.

skilled LLD's will quit and randos will become the normal best LLDs. Elite LLD's will lose the will to beat the randos, so randos win.

even so I am going to make one pub killer, and then just nail the fails before i go.
