LLd belt - What is the highest str/life this could have spawned with? And if possible estimate value?

24 fhr is perf, 60 life is perf, 9 str is perf, 30 single res is perf.

but replife, another res stack, mana are the mods it's missing.

str isn't ideal because it makes swapping for string of ears or deaths belt (CBF) more difficult.

Did i get it right that
9str for lvl30 and below - 30str max for that affix (hld)?

And is the mana for below lvl30 also limited for a part of the general Max affix??
