think 30/15 and 1 shael will hit 5fps

considering making a pure charger with it, thats if i dont make a druid. if it was range 5 i could put up with frame 5 instead of 4

you will never get a perf item like that
i have never seen a 4xx with 40ias and -30req 2 sock or so
all 2 hand weps like this have 185 str, check all trophy druid posts, you will see.

as for the range on this yes, its not great.

a 170ish throw harpoons would be better then the 186 ceremonial damage wise for a bowa switch

not when teamed with paladin giving auras in tvt

does cere work different then harpoon when getting auras?

I know there's a better ed bonus from stats with harpoons then cere (177 throw ceres and 177 throw harpoons the harpoons do about 250 more damage on char screen)

works the same way
but 186dmg ceremonials would not be worse than 170dmg harpunes with auras because the relative percentage of ed bonus from str/dex would get alot smaller
