Not a FU for most (just crap), but I have been looking for a 3 zeal, 1+ charge war scepter for a long long time. This just dropped when I was doing a classic rush.

put it on a sorc, possibly lvl 30 req cuz of blizz charges on non-sorc?

probably needs 2 sockets or more life/mana (not energy due to soj boost), I'm not too fussed about cold mastery, I've had sorcs before where I didn't even spec it, just added another skill to dmg synergy.

ah, yeah. wyrms is lvl 48 req, thought it was the next higher tier of staffmod that was 48.

runners need buggable frw, most especially (in no order) kickers, shapers, bowa's, java's and barbs's (eu does not use tele staff on barb). everything that does'nt need to run 50%+ of the duel can use 30frw from circlet. Im not saying that circlet is insane but it is usable.

Well if u don't use it pass it this way! Would be cool for no might charging palas. Will save 4 skills

kickers, bowas, and javas all use frw circs.
