Are curses allowed? It referenced some but not all. I'm assuming Amp Damage and Maiden are banned.

maiden is bm, ive never had a problem with amp, and decrip is a nono

rest are fine. Amp dmg and Lower res are both gm and about the only ones you'll ever see used.

Why is Iron Maiden bm?
Iirc, to get the effect you have to attack a summon, i.e. bone prison.
And the pvp nerf makes it pretty much worthless, I believe it's 1/15?

Was just wondering, I don't plan on using it or even see it being used.

i had a lvl 30 summon nec on west and i killed many good equiped lvl 80+ barbs with iron maiden

I just found a jewel with lvl 9 req, it has the following stats:

15 ed
8 max
10 mana

I have no idea wether its charsi food or if its rly gozu, please lmk
