Best affixes: 17 fhr + any 2 affixes from the list: 5 rl, 20 life, 20 mana, 5 str, 20 cr/lr [17 fhr / 5 rl / 20 life for example]

So perf would be 17/40life/5rep OR 17/20life(from craft)/5rep/30 single res

But if it spawns with a 4th mod its over 30, and any other mod other than what you want would result in either over 30 or a piece of shit belt

I tried for a 30 cold res belt for an entire ladder once, would have been happy with any rep or 30+ life. got not even a single one.

Char lvl 49ish, charsi in nm for shopping, is optimal for anyone interested.
