min dmg builds indeed find the max useless, but max dmg builds dont find the min useless. very common for vllds to build with X-X dmg even if higher max is the main focus.

seems like a solid AA jewel for any non-min dmg VLLD, sacers of any kind to be specific.

I swear, half this game is just knowing what to check and who to talk to when it comes to getting the most out of your runs. I never would have guessed this jewel was good.
