yeah this is a good item if you 2os. not sure value because you don't see them often but 100% perf useful magic with 2os is nothing to sneeze at



mana is kinda low, can get 30 mana at 15 and 40 at 18 otherwise it's on the right track, maybe pure melee would use it?

I have a 3 FoH 3 conviction 1 zeal war scepter I shopped cause it looked cute but never posted it and maybe mentioned it once in game...

pretty sure it's junk too since you cant 5os like a white scepter and make honor runeword for +1 skill and other useful mods (rep ed etc)

In general, what are usefull mods for -15% jewels for LLD if there are any?

Storm visor circlet - +2 traps, 30% faster run walk, 47 attack rating, dmg red by 2 : lvl 30 req assassin circlet. price check please?

I think resistances and dex are good pairings with -15 usually. Or defense and AR or ed/max (one or the other) for ancient armor or ornates since high str req. Some more surely but can't think right now.

I'm sure others will chime in with better input.

well now you got a whole other beast on your hands and I may even want to buy it LOL... also notice I don't really give price checks cause market is crazy and I'm not super confident on numbers but I can definitely tell people if it's worth trying to sell or not.

well full disclosure I paid 175 fg for mine and it has a useful resistance too but.. only 20 frw

maybe you can snag up to 500 for it though. I'm kinda drunk so being overly honest lol
