These tri res gloves hit 8 fpa if you have a 20 ias shadow and wear 60 ias armor/30 ias circlet. You can hit 7 fpa on a Blade Bow or Matri, but you need 10% on the gloves and 50% on the bow.

so not only are 10 ias KB gloves with tri res possible to spawn, they're low enough that when you craft them i can steal and put on my lvl 39 zon.
something seems off here however, as i remember lvl 30 req KB gloves with a 2nd mod. crafts spawn 1-4 magical properties, and readiness(15) plus base 10, means u can only have 1 mod, readiness. so perhaps all 10 ias KB gloves are simply 10 ias / kb / frost nova / ATD, same with 10 ias CB gloves.
anyways i have high 20's roll dual res KB gloves lvl 30 req, only pair ive ever seen. and urs are dope af.

should be like lvl 37 for 10 ias tri res. if only you had a chance of spawning 1 affix at a high enough ilvl to spawn 20 ias, you could have 20 ias single res kb gloves.
