they suck hard imo... however there is even a guide written by gs controller

maybe zeal?
not sure if thats worth it though

I never tried a summoner necro @ lvl 18. But from what I'v heared they are way more powerfull that you'd expect.

i met some online earlier... it was hilarious... they spent 3 minutes collecting the skeletons then died to one single hit
