ww at low levels has negative ED, so it negates the power ED overall has on both Min and Max. Min dmg is so low on that build that the lower ED applied only to Max, with Min dmg being flat, comes out to a higher average damage.

if it were a case of ED/max jewels the results would be a disaster, but ED applied only to max with flat min can in some cases be higher ave dmg, especially when ED is hampered by negative factors like low level WW skill.

as a simplified example:

let's say you do 25 to 100 dmg. and we dont factor anything but jewels

would you rather have 20ed/6str/9dex/xx jewels or 20ed/9min/6str jewels?

both jewels have 26% ed due to str.

26 x 3 = 78% ed

25 x 1.78 = 44.5
100 x 1.78 = 178

25 + 27 (3x 9 min jewels) = 52
100 x 1.78 = 178

so its 44-178 or 52-178



if you want to see some crazy ass wep calcs look at knouts using low str and ave dmg like reaperking ran. that shit gets wild with possibilities.
