clvl 26, ilvl 23, has a phenomenal affix pool. its only the 40% chance for 1 affix that you need to sort through. and why you see more lvl 18 crafts than lvl 34+ crafts like when you craft on a lvl 50.

and if for whatever reason you're seeking lvl 18 crafts just buy a1 items to drop the ilvl by 8.
