what i mean is, the way we sign up, we don't even have people character types listed, let alone what skill tree/stat line they are running. literally the only way we will know if anyone is doing this is if everyone posts their char/skill layout/stat line before the event starts, which i'm guessing no one is going to want to do. i mean i'd do it but most people are lots more secretive about shit than i am.

cause like, there are so many dif skill trees for zon for example, can't just expect someone to know what the skill layout is by just saying ya im playing zon. etc. also if we have no knowledge of what tree layout they are using at the start of the duel, how will we know if they changed it since their last duel unless we r all talking and hanging out with eachother? remember this is level 9 not 30, so i imagine the way the tourney will unfold will be 2 people meeting up and doing their duel and probly being the only ones present.

i am not trying to be difficult so plz dont have flashbacks of the c-tier tourney rule discussion, this is genuine curiosity about a glaring hole in what i think is a very good rule.

There’s 3-4 jabbers signed up depending on what you are playing .

I know Jack and Deadman28 will follow the rules, not worried about them at all.

why not just enforce the rule or don't have it? especially if you only trust 2 of the people, there's no reason to leave it up to trust this can be made stone solid fair very easily.

i don't see my name in your list of 2 ppl you trust and don't feel like being accused of something we can't even prove if i did it or not when it can be easily worked around by people posting their skill layouts. it's still melee at the end of the day and knowledge can only get you so far, rng will win out especially at the top end of a stacked tourney like this.

they are the only people who have signed up with a jabber so far, but yeah, I think posting skill tree layout before tourney starts is a good idea

i mean we could just do it how you did it with the b-tier tourney character reveal and everyone pm you their skill tree layout and you withold the info until the event starts.

this way if there is an issue of someone thinking someone else is doing it, all they have to do is ask for a simple screenshot andcompare it to what you reveal at the start of tourney, then no one has to feel bad about asking for the screenshot cause it's just a simple skill check kinda like a gear check.


pretty sure gift or w/e justin signed up on is also a jabber. as for me im seriously torn on what i wanna sign up with, half tempted to do pally with all the gg people who arent me and you and riot using zon, do i want a boring tourney and to maybe get top 3 or do i want to have fun but probably not place. lol decisions decisions.

Can’t we just be adults and do this for fun. It’s really not hard to not be a cuck and token chars to gain an advantage in a lvl 9 tourney....

I'll ask the jabbers to post skill layout in thread for everyone to see. No reason to keep it private as the brackets are randomized already.
