I'm wondering if anyone has actually tested this bug since bnet fucked with a bunch of the glitches

i did not truncate any sub-calcs. so 354 is likely correct.

Btw 1.6k dmg is really low for a glass cannon... I built one back in 2009-2010ish? And it got 2k+ dmg w/ subpar gear at 10fpa...

robo or PP gothic or something?

only other change from what he's already running would be 3 os helm and 4 os armor.

he already has 40x 3/20/2 dex scs.

On hero editor w/ perf jewels, the char gets 2452 dmg... should be np breaking 2k... but I guess rpg fails at building fail chars smh

hmmm ignore the calc i posted, got res/mdr order backwards.

will repost actual break even in a bit

0 = ((X * .17) - 15) * .25

so it's 89ish fire dmg.

89 x .17 = 15.13, truncated to 15. string takes 15 off. you do zero dmg fire before and after fire res. no overflow for end step.

but this char would deal zero fire dmg, that's just to "break mdr bug".

example: let's test 400 fire dmg.

400 * .17 = 68......... 68 - 15 = 53.........53 * .25 = 13.25, rounded to 13 pvp dmg.

so even if u stack 400 fire dmg on gear u deal 13 pvp dmg. and don't sleep on having to stack 89 fire dmg just to break mdr, at that point you've already lost a LOT of phys. and that's MIN fire dmg needed, not ave.
