necro is anything but crippled, friend. on euro, clay golem is banned and necros have won 2 tournaments while barb/ama have won zero.

but a frw based barb has an equivalent of ~200% frw once you account for skill based frw suffering no diminishing returns. When you put that up against a 120~ frw necro, even a 150% frw necro, it seems like given equal dancing skill, the barb has a great advantage

that's like saying ama has the advantage because ga is quicker than spirit.. there's more than one factor that determines duel outcome.

but if you want to talk about speed: item/charm frw on euro is limited to 100. that is 60% effective speed
with 35% increased speed, barb has 158% of necro's speed

on east frw is unlimited, so the advantage of skill frw becomes smaller
with 120% item/charm frw, barb has 153% of necro's speed
with 150% item/charm frw, barb has 146% of necro's speed

so if necros win on euro, surely they can as well on east - especially given that the only frw barb will have 200-500 ping xD

and, as i offered before to avenged, anyone is welcome to hop on a barb and see for themselves!

yeah I would enjoy some old fashioned barb vs necro it would be fun. Also, amazon does have advantage over nec.. and yeah more or less because GA is quicker than spirit.

To be fair a lot of that is down to your skill on a nec (debatable tactics with walls too but lets not get into that again ) and the quality of whoever you were playing vs. For example your barb would have won Im sure if you had met almost anyone other than Twinsen on a sorc in the final.

Nec should be at a disadvantage in most matchups (/edit -
common matchups, not snipa chars) but can easily punish mistakes that the majority of players make.

Dont get me wrong though, Im very happy with necs on eu and really enjoy most matchups (nec vs nec aside)

i take it back, i want all MDR over 15 banned and max light res to be 25%, for balance.

otherwise its just 10 mins worth of me tickling barbs for 20 dmg per FoH while i pray i dont miss a wep swap or hit a puddle to insta die to ww
