As for this medi rule, I feel like I have the most experience with Libby's recently and I don't feel the need to ban it.
However I think it would be good to introduce the old rule 'the offensive player e.g Libby vs Bowie, the Libby once leaving the minimap has to re-enter after 10 seconds' this will nerf the amount of medi time.

One thing to note, I currently don't play or have a Libby so I'm not stating the above for my own satisfaction.
I will also test when I get chance a Libby using perfect skulls in circ and armor to see if the regen mana is good enough without the use of medi. Similar to lld. However the pala will have less life/mana but maybe this isn't a great problem.

Thoughts?


I know that many people doesn't play mld because of the rules and that's why they did play lld (not of them plays anymore)

you were playing an esfb and i was using a pnb nec, we did exactly two duels which took about 30 mins, then i gave up becos i had alot better things to do, u might deny that this duel ever happenend ( it is some time ago ), but i dont mind if you do or not, even if i never understood why you didnt stomp and finished the duel in 10 seconds. Anyway no matter how much rules you ever add to the rule book ( here i have to vouch ferdia ) people will always find a way through them or break them. Some time ago it was BM to defwhore ( ye that 10s rule isnt new ) and it was bm to WSG. Well ya, what did people do? Yes they WSG'd like the devil and i wasted half an hour. ^,^ So you have to get a referee to duel such guys anyway, even with a bunch of rules.

I can understand though that your are trying to make it as fair as possible, but a 100% fair matchup will never be possible. :/

I dont think that this is possible, they have about 1,2k mana only. Even with the 1,6k mana and 2 pskulls the regen wasnt high enough to charge and hammer without breaks

the only tournament i played fb in, was the first lvl49 tournament i played at jsp, in 2010.
i never played fb in tournaments after that, 30 or 49, because i prefered to play weaker chars (same reason i'm never on ama).

the main problem with mld is that, while certain chars certainly have more advantages compared to some others, they may at least have some form of counter; bowazons, on the other hand, have advantages over everything.

oh oki, well please excuse me then for mixing things up, never the less it shows that my argument above was indeed right.
( i didnt mind the lameness of such duels much, i know that some people are taking tours very serious - one reason to avoid tours imo )
